Red Panda is a magnificent, cute and shy creature found in the Himalayan foothills of Nepal. With a Red Panda tracking tour in Eastern Nepal in the warmest hospitality of the Nature Lovers Treks and Tours team, you will find yourself immersed in the Panda country with great biodiversities around you. Since getting endangered due to the destruction of their habitat due to modernization and civilization, Red Panda has been protected by community-based projects and works lately. Therefore, you will be a part of the extensive community-based work experiencing the genuine hospitality of the locals in their homestays.

Explore one of the most biologically diverse areas in the world and find the shy Red Panda, which loves to hide away from humans. Even though they are found in different parts of the country, there are more chances of spotting them in Eastern Nepal. To intensify the chances of spotting them, we will keep track of Red Pandas with the help of local experts, conservationists and wildlife enthusiasts. Nature Lovers Treks & Tours has many trained local guides and veterans who we work with to make sure you have the correct information and a wonderful experience in the Himalayan foothills.

Come and join us in this eco-community project to directly contribute to the sustainable tourism approach by staying and spending among the locals while experiencing the Himalayan journey experience. You will only need moderate physical fitness to get around the places and to look out for traces of the animal since the maximum we will get to is 3900m high above sea level. Red pandas are intolerant to heat, so they come around only in the cooler times, which means Spring and Autumn. Our best chance for the highest sighting of the elusive Red Pandas is when the days are cooler.
