Day 01: Test drive in Kathmandu and sightseeing, B, Hotel
First day of the motorbiking trip. First thing we need to do is choose your bike and test ride it. After choosing the right bike, it is time to ride around the Kathmandu valley. There are multiple choices to take a ride inside Kathmandu valley. UNSECO World Heritage Sites are common sites to ride. There are still many spots to ride which takes the busy city Kathmandu and enjoy the moment in peace addition with stunning views. Mudkhu view tower, Kakani, Muhan Pokhari, Jhor, Chobar, Nuwakot, Sundarijal are some perfect spots to take a ride to.
Day 02: Ride to Phulchowki hill, sunrise viewing and ride further to Namo Buddha 110km, B, Hotel
Phulchowki is the highest hill among the surrounding hills of Kathmandu valley which is apparently 14 kilometers south east of the valley. Phulchowki means the ‘Hill of Flower’. This hill is surrounded by dense forest including rhododendron. There are two ways to reach Phulchowki one from Godawari Botanical Garden and another from Namo Buddha. Because of the dense forest, the hill is rich in different flora and fauna. From the top of the hill you can get bird eye view of the Annapurna and Gaurishankar ranges, further with the stunning view of the Kathmandu valley. After spending quality time in the hill and taking some photo we will head back to Kathmandu.
Day 03: Ride from Kathmandu to Pokhara 200km and sightseeing in Pokhara, B, Hotel
After the morning breakfast we will leave Kathmandu and ride to Pokhara. It is the scenic ride of about 6 hours. The road is all the way through Prithvi Highway. The way passes through many rivers, massive hills, terraced farming fields, small villages and highway towns. After reaching in Pokhara, we will rest in Hotel for a while and continue our ride for sightseeing.
Day 04: Ride to Sarangkot for sunrise and later to Bandipur village 80km, B, Hotel
Sarangkot is the best viewpoint nearby Pokhara. It is less than an hour away from the bike ride. So, this day we will wake early in the morning for the best sunrise view from the Sarangkot. Later on, we will ride to Bandipur village. Bandipur village is the well-preserved ancient Newari town. It was also important stop of India-Tibet trading route. As we reach the village, we will take ride to nearby villages.
Day 05: Drive back to Kathmandu, B, End of tour.
From Bandipur village we will head back to Kathmandu retracing the same way back through Prithvi Highway. And our short motor biking tour comes to an end.
