Day 01: Drive to Pokhara 900 m and boating in the Phewa Lake, B, Hotel

Let’s go on a ride to Pokhara. This could be an interesting drive today to many tourists since they haven’t seen the roads like this before. Frequently winding turns, the small highway and the traffic congestion; all of them could be something new for you so you got to be prepared for this. Other than that, enjoy the scenic ride in the beautiful countryside of Nepal. The Machapuchare or Fishtail Peak will be awaiting for your arrival in Pokhara.

Day 02: Fly from Pokhara to Jomsom 2,743 m and trek to Kagbeni 2,804 m, BLD, Lodge

We will start the day with a short and sweet flight to Jomsom, the administrative center and the bustling village or town in Mustang region. Crossing the huge Kali Gandaki River we will start our very first day trekking towards the wonderland. Be prepared to get hit by the strongest wind in whole Nepal en route to Kagbeni while trekking by the bank of the river valley. Be mesmerized with the view of Nilgiri Peak from the beginning. Our last stop Kagbeni is a windswept village, located on the age-old Trans Himalayan Salt trade route to Tibet through Upper Mustang, hence it’s called ‘The Gateway to Upper Mustang’.

Day 03: Trek from Kagbeni to Muktinath 3,800 m, BLD, Lodge

Begin uphill trekking towards Muktinath where lies the holiest temple called Muktinath Temple. One of the busiest religious shrines in Nepal, Muktinath always has the flock of pilgrims and the believers coming down to pray and worship. There are 108 waterspouts of holy water where if washed, the troubles will go away and also your sins will be washed off according to the Hindu religion. Beside that, the Muktinath lies in the high altitude which offers you the panoramic valley view down below. You can do some excursions around and also meet the trekkers coming down from Thorong La Pass doing the Annapurna Circuit trail.

Day 04: Trek from Muktinath to Marpha 2,670 m, BLD, Lodge

After spending some quality time at Muktinath temple and the surroundings, we retrace our way back to the Kali Gandaki River valley. We continue via Jomsom to the apple village called Marpha. Apple brandy from Marpha village is popular nationwide and the fresh apples, dried apples and delicacies of apples is the specialty of this village. Moreover, Marpha is a traditional village with a huge monastery at the top known as Marpha Monastery.

Day 05: Trek from Marpha to Kalopani 2,500 m, BLD, Lodge

Another wonderful day in the Annapurna region of Nepal Himalayas. We go from Marpha to Kalopani via Tukuche where we stop for lunch. Day 06: Trek from Kalopani to Tatopani (natural hot spring) 1,190 m, BLD, Lodge

Today we leave the semi dry landscape behind us and enter into the greener region. From Kalopani to Tatopani via Lete and Ghasa is yet another remarkable day of our trekking. According to the local people, staying for some time inside the hot water pool has miraculous healing effect for many health problems. So, why not trying yourself out!

Day 07: Trek from Tatopani to Ghorepani 2,750 m, BLD, Lodge
