Chulu far east peak is the easiest peak to climb among all of the three Chulu peaks. It is one of the best and moderate peak climbing in Nepal. It is located in the northern part of the Manang region at the height of 6059 meters above sea level. The peak was first summitted by the German group in 1955. This comparatively straightforward peak climbing trek passes through the peaceful landscape, lush vegetation and vista of shining mountain along with culture and tradition of Gurung people. In addition with that, the summit offers wonderful view of Annapurna II, III, IV, Gangapurna, Manaslu, Chulu West, Glacier Dome, Pisang Peak and many more snow capped mountains.

Chulu Far East peak climbing trek follows the classic trail of Annapurna Circuit trek. The ultimate goal to summit the top of the Chulu Far East peak begins with the long drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar. It almost takes 7 hours of drive through local bus. Again we take another drive by jeep to Tal. The real trekking starts after the Tal. The trail follows the narrow path inside the dense forest. As the trail goes ascending from Danaque, the way passes through the forest and then it leads to the beautiful Timang village. This village offers the stunning view of Mt Manaslu. The soft and easy walk leads to the Chame village. The trail from Chame village is easy and short along with the majestic view of Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal, Tilicho peak and many more. The amazing way takes us to the Pisang village and then again start to ascend to the Ngawal village. As the altitude gets higher and higher, the more we need to acclimatize. So one day in Ngawal is separated for the acclimatization. Then after, we start climbing session. From here there won’t be any accommodations and we will be staying in tented camp. The climbing starts from the Ngawal to Chulu Far East base camp. Again a day is separated for acclimatization. And slowly we will summit the Chulu Far East Peak and head back to Manang. And the great journey ends with a long drive to Kathmandu via Besisahar.
